Over his 18-year tenure, Ralph led the transformation of the firm from an American engineering company doing $400 million in revenue to an international engineer-constructor with revenues of $6.4 billion. Mark Lasswell, a 20-year veteran of the firm, will reflect on Ralph Peterson as a man and as a leader.
